The Operations Analyst – Supplier Onboarding, TPRM & Contract Lifecycle role is a critical entry‑level position within the Global Procurement team. Reporting to the Procurement Operations Manager, the analyst will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of supplier onboarding, third‑party risk assessments, and contract administration. The role offers hands‑on exposure to SAP Ariba and ServiceNow, enabling the candidate to develop a deep understanding of source‑to‑pay processes, risk governance, and contract management in a fast‑paced, globally visible environment. Key responsibilities include: Execute supplier registration, qualification and vendor master maintenance in SAP Ariba; Create, triage, and resolve procurement cases in ServiceNow within SLA targets; Coordinate third‑party risk assessments, collect and validate supplier documentation; Support contract intake, metadata upkeep and renewal tracking in Ariba Contracts; Maintain accurate supplier, risk and contract data through regular validation and cleansing; Generate operational reports and dashboards for stakeholders; Identify process improvement opportunities and drive automation initiatives; Collaborate with legal, finance, and business teams to ensure compliance; Provide end‑user training and support for procurement tools; Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to onboarding, risk and contract cycles.
