The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) role is designed for recent B.E./B.Tech graduates who are eager to dive into telecom core network operations. As a GET, you will be part of the Core Network team, assisting senior engineers in designing, deploying, and maintaining the 2G, 3G and 4G core infrastructure. 5. Conducting interconnect and roaming testing, analysing call‑flow and signalling issues.
6. Troubleshooting core alarms, outages and documenting configurations.
7. Coordinating with RAN and transport teams for seamless integration.
8. Supporting upgrades and new node roll‑outs.
Tech stack exposure includes LTE/EPC, IMS, SS7, Diameter, IP networking, Linux‑based network elements, and automation tools such as Ansible or Python scripts.
