The Analyst – PPC role sits within the Engagements department and reports directly to the Manager – Engagements. Working on‑site three days a week in Bangalore, the analyst will be responsible for designing, launching, and continuously refining paid‑search and social campaigns for a diverse portfolio of high‑profile clients. The position is ideal for recent graduates who are comfortable navigating Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and analytics tools, and who possess a strong analytical mindset paired with excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Define and execute multi‑channel paid campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing, Social). 2. Build, analyse, and optimise campaign structures, bids, and budgets for maximum ROI. 3. Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives and landing pages, iterating based on performance data. 4. Master tools such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Omniture, and SEMrush. 5. Create and maintain client dashboards, performance reports, and monthly strategic plans using Excel and PowerPoint. 6. Apply statistical techniques to draw insights, test hypotheses, and recommend data‑driven actions. 7. Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and growth opportunities. 8. Participate in client presentations, articulating campaign outcomes and future recommendations. 9. Stay updated on industry trends, new ad formats, and platform updates to keep campaigns ahead of the curve. 10. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (SEO, CRO, Data Science) to align paid strategies with broader marketing objectives. Tech Stack: Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics (Omniture), SEMrush, Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, SQL basics (optional), statistical tools (R or Python – nice‑to‑have).
