As an Associate, you will be the first point of contact for time‑sensitive requests, ensuring that partners, principals, managing directors and senior managers receive accurate and timely deliverables. The position operates on a rotational shift basis, offering exposure to different business hours and a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Produce accurate administrative deliverables such as reports, presentations and correspondence.
2. Document project activities in workflow tools while maintaining Deloitte brand standards.
3. Draft, format, and edit business documents, ensuring consistency and professionalism.
4. Coordinate with national and local teams to fulfill stakeholder requests across multiple levels.
5. Provide end‑to‑end support for time‑and‑expense filing, payment requests, Swift processing and SharePoint updates.
6. Manage calendars, travel arrangements and meeting logistics for senior leaders.

8. Assist in onboarding and off‑boarding activities for internal users of the service center.
