You will work closely with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and senior analysts to ensure that the ground transportation network runs smoothly and cost‑effectively. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Track daily logistics metrics such as On‑Time Delivery (OTD), cost‑per‑mile, and carrier utilization. 2. Monitor carrier compliance, including safety scores, insurance validity, and contract terms. 7. Coordinate with warehouse teams to resolve loading and unloading bottlenecks. 8. Audit freight bills against contract rates to prevent overbilling. 9. Forecast seasonal demand using historical shipment data and build simple predictive models. 10.
