The role of Associate Analyst – Cloud Infrastructure sits within the Hybrid Cloud Engineering team in Bengaluru. As a fresh graduate, you will be part of a 24x7 operations centre that monitors the health of Deloitte’s cloud services, ensures service continuity and resolves incidents in line with defined Service Level Agreements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitor ServiceNow dashboards and other operational monitoring tools to track system health. 2. Log, categorise and manage incidents, alerts and service requests according to SOPs. 3. Follow escalation matrices to ensure timely resolution of critical issues. 4. Coordinate with internal technical teams for root‑cause analysis and incident closure. 5. Maintain accurate incident records, actions taken and status updates. 6. Prepare and circulate operational performance reports for management review. 7. Support shift handovers, ensuring seamless continuity across rotational shifts. 8. Participate in on‑call rotations and provide 24x7 support from the office. 9. Identify recurring patterns and suggest process improvements to enhance service reliability. 10. Adhere to agreed SLAs and contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes.
