📋 About the Role
Deloitte’s USI (U.S. India) Leadership Support Centre is a specialised arm of Deloitte USI that provides seamless back‑office assistance to the UK‑based Deloitte leadership team. Operating out of Hyderabad, the centre blends global best practices with local talent, ensuring that senior directors, associate partners and executive assistants across the UK receive timely, accurate and confidential support. The centre is part of Deloitte’s Central Business Services (CBS) model, which centralises non‑core activities to enable the firm’s consulting, audit and tax professionals to focus on client‑facing work. With a culture that champions inclusivity, continuous learning and innovation, the USI Leadership Support Centre has become a launchpad for fresh graduates seeking a career in business support services.
In the role of Associate Analyst – Executive Assistant Support, you will be the first point of contact for UK‑based Executive Assistants (EAs). You will handle expense claim submissions, reconcile American Express statements, book meeting rooms, and create travel itineraries for partners, all while adhering to Deloitte’s strict policy framework. The position offers a comprehensive training programme that equips you with the tools and knowledge required to evolve into a full‑fledged Executive Assistant or move into other administrative and operational roles within Deloitte.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Submitting expense claims and reconciling credit‑card statements for UK partners.
2. Booking meeting rooms and preparing travel itineraries using Deloitte’s internal systems.
3. Responding to ad‑hoc requests from EAs and managing tickets via the ESS Service Portal (ServiceNow).
4. Maintaining quality assurance by filing all deliverables and correspondence in designated Microsoft Teams folders.
5. Updating SOPs, process maps and SIPOCs as documentation evolves.
6. Acting as an out‑of‑office contact, handling client emails during senior directors’ absences.
7. Building strong relationships with key client EAs and internal stakeholders.
8. Providing coverage during holidays and sickness, ensuring uninterrupted support.
9. Assisting with ad‑hoc projects for senior directors and associate partners.
10. Contributing to a collaborative, inclusive team environment.
Tech stack: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft Teams, ServiceNow (ESS Service Portal), Deloitte’s internal expense and travel management tools, and basic knowledge of data‑entry platforms.
Growth path: Starting as an Associate Analyst, high performers can progress to Executive Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant, or transition into project coordination, operations management, or client‑service roles within Deloitte’s broader ecosystem. The role also offers exposure to global processes, making it a solid foundation for international career aspirations.
Why join Deloitte USI Leadership Support Centre? Deloitte is consistently ranked among the top employers in India, offering a robust learning environment, mentorship from senior leaders, and a clear career progression framework. The Hyderabad office provides a vibrant, inclusive culture where fresh talent is nurtured, and the shift‑based timings (2 PM‑11 PM) allow a balanced work‑life schedule for those preferring later hours.
