Key Responsibilities: 1. Design, develop and maintain robust, scalable applications using Java, Python, C/C++ or related languages. 2. Write clean, efficient code following OOP principles, design patterns and best practices. 3. Participate in code reviews, unit testing and test‑driven development (TDD) to ensure high quality deliverables. 4. Debug, troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments. 5. Contribute to algorithmic trading engine components and regulatory reporting modules as required. 6. Collaborate with cross‑functional, geographically dispersed teams to deliver features on schedule. 7. Document technical specifications, architecture decisions and user guides. 8. Continuously learn and adopt new technologies, tools and frameworks introduced by the client or mthree Academy. 9. Provide support during post‑deployment monitoring and incident resolution. 10. Participate in knowledge‑sharing sessions and mentor newer cohort members. Tech Stack: Java, Python, C/C++, Spring Boot, Django/Flask, RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Agile/Scrum methodologies, CI/CD pipelines. Growth Path: Graduates start as Junior Software Engineers and can progress to Software Engineer, Senior Engineer, Tech Lead and eventually Architect or Product Manager roles within the client organisation or mthree’s network.
