📋 About the Role
Leadership and Pipeline Programs (LPP) is a strategic business unit of OTHSAL that focuses on nurturing future leaders for the engineering and technology sectors. Established in 2015, LPP works closely with listed and unlisted companies to design compliance frameworks, corporate governance solutions, and talent pipelines. The team operates from a modern campus in Noida and collaborates with regulators such as SEBI, MCA, and RBI, offering a unique blend of regulatory expertise and technology-driven process automation. Over the years, LPP has helped more than 200 companies streamline their statutory filings, prepare annual reports, and manage shareholder communications, earning a reputation for reliability and innovation in the Indian corporate ecosystem. The Intern role is designed for fresh graduates who want to gain hands‑on exposure to corporate compliance, statutory reporting, and governance processes. As an intern, you will work under senior compliance officers and assist in day‑to‑day activities that keep listed entities in sync with the ever‑changing regulatory landscape. This is a perfect opportunity to understand the intersection of law, finance, and technology while developing a professional skill set that is highly valued across industries. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in preparing agendas, minutes, and resolutions for Board, Committee, and shareholder meetings. 2. Maintain and update statutory registers, records, and physical documentation. 3. Compile Management Information System (MIS) reports for senior management. 4. Support the completion of statutory filings with Stock Exchanges, MCA, and RBI. 5. Help with IEPF (Investor Education and Protection Fund) compliance activities. 6. Contribute to the preparation of annual reports for listed and unlisted companies. 7. Track recent developments in corporate law and regulatory guidelines. 8. Handle shareholder casework such as transfers, transmissions, deletions, and duplicate records. 9. Participate in organizing Board, Committee, and General meetings. 10. Undertake ad‑hoc assignments and research projects as directed. Tech Stack: The team leverages MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SharePoint for document management, and compliance software like KRA (KYC Registration Agency) portals. Basic knowledge of ERP tools (SAP, Oracle) and familiarity with data visualization (Power BI) are advantageous. Growth Path: Successful interns are often offered full‑time Analyst positions, progressing to Senior Analyst, Compliance Manager, and eventually to leadership roles such as Compliance Head or Regulatory Affairs Director. Continuous learning is encouraged through internal training modules and external certifications (e.g., ICAI, ICSI). Why Join LPP? You will work on real‑world compliance projects that impact listed companies, gain mentorship from industry veterans, and develop a rare blend of legal, financial, and technological expertise. The internship also provides a clear pathway to a rewarding career in corporate governance, a field that is critical to India’s growing capital markets.
