Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in preparing agendas, minutes, and resolutions for Board, Committee, and shareholder meetings. 2. Maintain and update statutory registers, records, and physical documentation. 3. Compile Management Information System (MIS) reports for senior management. 4. Support the completion of statutory filings with Stock Exchanges, MCA, and RBI. 5. Help with IEPF (Investor Education and Protection Fund) compliance activities. 6. Contribute to the preparation of annual reports for listed and unlisted companies. 7. Track recent developments in corporate law and regulatory guidelines. 8. Handle shareholder casework such as transfers, transmissions, deletions, and duplicate records. 9. Participate in organizing Board, Committee, and General meetings. 10. Undertake ad‑hoc assignments and research projects as directed. Tech Stack: The team leverages MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SharePoint for document management, and compliance software like KRA (KYC Registration Agency) portals. Basic knowledge of ERP tools (SAP, Oracle) and familiarity with data visualization (Power BI) are advantageous.
