This document governs your use of the Jobdexo Referral Platform. Please read it carefully before creating an account or using any feature of this platform. By using this platform, you agree to all terms stated herein.

Jobdexo is a referral discovery and matchmaking platform only. We are not a recruitment agency, staffing firm, or employment service. We do not place candidates, guarantee interviews, guarantee referrals, or guarantee any job outcome. Referrals made through this platform are entirely voluntary acts by individual employees and are not facilitated, endorsed, or guaranteed by Jobdexo in any manner.

About This Platform

Jobdexo ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Company") operates the Jobdexo Referral Platform ("Referral Platform") available at https://www.jobdexo.com and associated pages under the jobdexo.com domain.

The Jobdexo Referral Platform is a digital discovery and matchmaking service that allows:

Jobdexo is not a recruitment agency, staffing agency, employment exchange, headhunting firm, or job board. We do not represent any employer, hire on behalf of any company, or make any employment decisions. We are solely a technology platform that facilitates voluntary introductions between individuals.

Platform Role Jobdexo's role is limited to: (a) hosting employee profiles for discovery, (b) enabling connection requests and encrypted communication between users, and (c) providing tools to manage referral interactions. We have no role in the referral decision, hiring decision, or any outcome thereof.
Section 2
Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use this platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years or older. Jobdexo reserves the right to terminate any account found to belong to a minor without notice.

2.2 Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and at all times during your use of the platform. You must not impersonate any person, misrepresent your identity, or create an account on behalf of someone else without their explicit consent.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@jobdexo.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. Jobdexo is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active account on the platform. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, bans, or limits is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent removal from the platform.

2.5 Account Types

The platform supports the following account types:

โš ๏ธ Important Disclaimer A referral facilitated through Jobdexo does not guarantee an interview, job offer, shortlisting, selection, or any employment outcome. Jobdexo makes no representations or warranties about the outcome of any referral.

3.1 Voluntary Referrals

All referrals on this platform are entirely voluntary. An employee listed on this platform is under no obligation โ€” contractual, legal, or otherwise โ€” to refer any job seeker, respond to any request, accept any connection, or engage in any communication. Employees may decline, ignore, or withdraw from any referral interaction at their sole discretion without providing any reason.

3.2 No Employment Relationship

Jobdexo does not employ, represent, or act as an agent for either job seekers or employee referrers. No employment relationship, agency relationship, or contractual relationship between the parties is created by virtue of using this platform. Jobdexo is merely a digital intermediary providing communication infrastructure.

3.3 No Placement Guarantee

Jobdexo expressly does not guarantee, promise, imply, or represent that use of this platform will result in a referral, interview invitation, job offer, or any form of employment. Any claim, expectation, or assumption of a guaranteed outcome is expressly disclaimed.

3.4 Referral Decision is Employee's Alone

The decision to refer a candidate rests solely with the individual employee. Jobdexo has no influence over, and accepts no responsibility for, any referral decision or the lack thereof. Employees may impose their own criteria for whom they choose to refer and are not required to justify those criteria to anyone, including Jobdexo.

3.5 No Hiring Authority

Employees on this platform are individual users and not official representatives of their employers on this platform. A referral from an employee on Jobdexo does not constitute an official endorsement, assessment, or hiring decision by their employing organization. The employing organization is not a party to any interaction on this platform.

Section 4
Employee Referrer Terms & Obligations

4.1 Profile Accuracy

Employees must ensure that their profile information โ€” including company name, job title, work role, LinkedIn URL, and official email โ€” is accurate and up to date. Misrepresentation of employment status, company affiliation, or professional credentials is a serious violation that may result in immediate account termination and may expose the user to legal liability.

4.2 Independent Action

Employees use this platform in their personal capacity only. They are not authorized by their employer to make referrals on behalf of their employer, and use of this platform does not constitute any official employer-sanctioned activity unless explicitly authorized by their employer. Employees are responsible for ensuring their participation on this platform does not violate any internal HR policies or confidentiality agreements of their employing organization.

4.3 No Payment Solicitation

Employees are strictly prohibited from soliciting, accepting, demanding, or receiving any form of payment, gift, loan, favor, or consideration of any kind from job seekers in exchange for a referral, recommendation, advice, or any form of assistance. This applies to direct payments, third-party payments, cryptocurrency, gift cards, food, or any other form of exchange. Violation of this policy will result in immediate and permanent account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

4.4 Verification Obligation

Employees who apply for verification must submit only genuine professional information. Submitting false, forged, or misleading verification documents or information is a violation of this policy and may constitute fraud under applicable Indian law.

4.5 Communication Standards

Employees must communicate professionally and respectfully with all job seekers. Employees may not use the platform to solicit personal relationships, share unsolicited commercial content, engage in harassment, or conduct any activity outside the scope of professional referral discussions.

4.6 Confidentiality

Employees must not share any confidential information of their employing organization โ€” including but not limited to internal job openings marked confidential, interview processes, internal hiring criteria, or candidate pipelines โ€” through this platform without explicit authorization from their employer.

Section 5
Job Seeker Terms & Obligations

5.1 Honest Representation

Job seekers must represent themselves honestly and accurately. Resumes, profiles, skills, experience, and educational qualifications submitted must be genuine. Submitting false or embellished information is a violation of this policy and may expose the user to legal liability including fraud under Indian law.

5.2 Respectful Engagement

Job seekers must engage with employees respectfully and professionally. Sending repeated or unsolicited messages after a declination, making personal demands, pressuring employees, or engaging in any form of harassment is strictly prohibited.

5.3 No Circumventing Limits

Job seekers must not attempt to circumvent platform limits (such as connection limits, message limits, or wishlist limits) through technical means, multiple accounts, or any other method.

5.4 Resume Ownership

By uploading a resume to this platform, the job seeker confirms they are the lawful owner of the content in that resume and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. Jobdexo stores resumes securely and shares them only with the specific employee the seeker has sent a referral request to.

5.5 No Expectation of Outcome

Job seekers acknowledge that sending a referral request, connecting with an employee, or engaging in chat does not create any entitlement to a referral, interview, or job offer. Jobdexo does not guarantee any outcome from any interaction on the platform.

Section 6
Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Jobdexo Referral Platform and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, and may be reported to law enforcement where applicable:

โ›” Zero Tolerance Any demand for payment in exchange for a referral is a zero-tolerance violation. We will permanently ban the account, preserve all evidence, and cooperate fully with law enforcement if a complaint is filed.
Section 7
Strict No Payment Policy for Referrals
โ›” Absolute Prohibition No user of this platform may demand, solicit, accept, or pay any money, gift, cryptocurrency, reward, or any form of consideration in exchange for a referral. This policy is absolute, non-negotiable, and applies to all users at all times.

7.1 What Constitutes a Prohibited Payment

Prohibited payments include but are not limited to: direct cash transfers, bank transfers, UPI payments, cryptocurrency payments, gift cards, vouchers, gifts, services rendered, loans, favorable terms in personal dealings, or any other tangible or intangible benefit provided in exchange for referring a candidate.

7.2 Reporting Payment Demands

If any user demands payment for a referral, the recipient must report it immediately using the in-platform report feature. Do not make any payment. Jobdexo will investigate all such reports and take appropriate action including permanent ban and cooperation with law enforcement.

7.3 Platform's Non-Liability for Off-Platform Payments

Jobdexo is not liable for any payment or exchange that occurs outside this platform. If users choose to transact outside the platform in violation of this policy, they do so entirely at their own risk. Jobdexo cannot reverse, recover, or be held responsible for such transactions.

7.4 Distinction from Platform Fees

Fees paid to Jobdexo for Premium subscription plans are platform access fees, not referral fees. These fees are paid to Jobdexo, not to any individual employee or referrer, and are for the purpose of accessing additional platform features only.

Section 8
Platform Fees & Premium Plans

8.1 Premium-Only Platform

The Jobdexo Referral Platform operates on a premium subscription model exclusively. Access to referral matchmaking features โ€” including sending connection requests to verified employee referrers, viewing referrer profiles, and submitting referral requests โ€” requires an active paid subscription. There is no free tier for job seekers on this platform.

8.2 Premium Plans

Jobdexo offers tiered Premium subscription plans as described on the Plans page at the time of purchase. Plan tiers differ in the number of connection requests permitted per day, messaging access, and other platform features. All plan details, pricing, and billing cycles are displayed at checkout and are subject to change as described in Section 8.6.

8.3 What Premium Does and Does Not Provide

Premium plans provide platform access features only. A Premium subscription does not guarantee referrals, interview calls, test links, job offers, or any employment outcome whatsoever. Premium plans do not provide any priority, preferential treatment, or guaranteed response from any employee referrer on the platform. The decision to accept a referral request and to refer a candidate internally remains entirely with the individual verified employee referrer, regardless of the job seeker's subscription tier or plan level.

8.4 Refund Policy

All platform subscription fees are non-refundable once a subscription has been activated and platform access has been granted, except where explicitly required by applicable Indian consumer protection law. Partial refunds for unused subscription periods are not provided. If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, contact us within 7 days at support@jobdexo.com with your payment details and we will investigate.

8.5 Coupon Codes & Promotional Offers

Jobdexo may issue promotional coupon codes or limited-time offers from time to time. Coupon codes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, are valid only for the plan and period specified, and are subject to the terms stated at the time of issuance. Jobdexo reserves the right to revoke any coupon or promotional offer at any time if misuse or fraudulent redemption is detected.

8.6 Price Changes

Jobdexo reserves the right to change subscription pricing, plan structures, and feature inclusions at any time. For existing subscribers, price changes will not apply until the next renewal date. Jobdexo will provide reasonable advance notice of material pricing changes.

8.7 Account Sharing Prohibited

Premium subscriptions are issued to individual accounts only. Sharing login credentials, allowing third parties to use your subscription, or purchasing subscriptions on behalf of others for resale is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund.

Section 9
Employee Verification Policy

9.1 Verification Process

Employees who wish to appear in public referrer profiles must submit a verification request including their company name, work role, LinkedIn profile URL, and official work email address. This information is reviewed by Jobdexo's team before the profile is made public.

9.2 Verification is Not a Guarantee of Identity

Jobdexo makes reasonable efforts to review submitted verification information but cannot independently verify the authenticity of every submission with complete certainty. Verification approval by Jobdexo does not constitute a guarantee, certification, or warranty of the accuracy of any employee's profile information. Users are encouraged to independently verify any employee's professional claims before sharing sensitive information.

9.3 Verification Rejection & Appeals

Jobdexo reserves the right to reject any verification request without providing a detailed reason. Employees whose verification is rejected may resubmit with corrected information. Jobdexo's verification decisions are final.

9.4 Revocation of Verification

Jobdexo may revoke an employee's verified status at any time if it receives credible information that the verification was obtained on the basis of false or misleading information, or if the employee violates any provision of this policy.

9.5 Sensitive Data Encryption

LinkedIn URLs and official email addresses submitted for verification purposes are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption and are accessible only to Jobdexo administrators during the verification review process. This information is never displayed publicly.

Data Collection, Privacy & User Rights

Jobdexo collects the following categories of data from users of the Referral Platform:

Jobdexo does not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only in the following circumstances:

10.4 Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active. Upon account deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days except where retention is required by law. Chat messages may be retained in encrypted form for a period of 90 days after account deletion for abuse investigation purposes.

Section 11
Encrypted Communication & Message Privacy

11.1 End-to-End Encryption

All messages sent between users on the Jobdexo Referral Platform are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption with per-message unique nonces and authentication tags. Encryption keys are stored separately from message data in a secure location outside the web root.

11.2 Admin Access

In cases where an abuse report is filed, Jobdexo administrators may access and decrypt reported messages for the purpose of investigating the complaint. By using this platform, you consent to this limited access in the context of abuse investigations.

11.3 No Guarantee of Absolute Privacy

While Jobdexo implements strong encryption measures, no digital communication system can guarantee absolute privacy. Users should exercise judgment about what information they share in platform messages and should not share sensitive personal or financial information through the chat system.

11.4 Message Retention

Messages are retained in encrypted form for the duration of the chat thread's activity. When a thread is closed or an account is deleted, messages are subject to the data retention policy described in Section 10.4.

Section 12
Resume & Content Policy

12.1 Resume Storage

Resumes uploaded to the platform are stored in a private, non-web-accessible directory on secure servers. Resumes are never publicly accessible. They are shared only with the specific employee to whom the job seeker has sent a referral request, and only after the employee can access them through a secure, authenticated download link.

12.2 Accepted File Types

Only genuine PDF files are accepted for resume uploads. Files are verified using magic byte detection (not just file extension) to ensure they are genuine PDF documents. Maximum file size is 2MB per upload.

12.3 Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of all content they upload to the platform including resumes, profile information, and messages. By uploading content, you grant Jobdexo a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the platform.

12.4 Prohibited Content

Users must not upload content that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, illegal, or that infringes any third-party intellectual property rights. Jobdexo reserves the right to remove any content that violates this policy.

Section 13
Platform Activity Points & Collaboration Rewards

13.1 Nature of Platform Activity Points

Jobdexo Platform Activity Points are internal non-monetary indicators assigned exclusively to verified employee referrers on the Jobdexo Referral Platform. Points reflect verified referral activity only. Points have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be transferred between accounts, and are not redeemable for any product, service, or voucher outside of the collaboration eligibility framework described in Section 13.3.

13.2 Earning Points

Verified employee referrers earn platform activity points as follows: 100 points upon verified confirmation that a referred candidate has received a test link, assessment invite, or interview call; and 300 additional points upon verified confirmation that a referred candidate has received and accepted an offer letter. Points are credited only after manual verification by Jobdexo's team. Jobdexo does not guarantee any minimum level of point earnings and reserves the right to adjust point structures at any time with 30 days' notice.

13.3 Collaboration Eligibility

Platform activity points determine a referrer's monthly leaderboard rank. Leaderboard rank is used solely to determine eligibility for paid brand collaboration opportunities facilitated by Jobdexo. Every verified referrer is eligible for one base collaboration discussion upon profile verification. Referrers ranked in the top 10 on the monthly leaderboard become eligible for one additional collaboration opportunity for that calendar month. Collaboration eligibility does not constitute a guarantee of work, payment, or engagement. All collaboration scope, deliverables, platform, and payment terms are discussed and finalised individually with Jobdexo's team subject to brand availability, content guidelines, and audience relevance.

13.4 Points Expiry

Monthly leaderboard points reset at the end of each calendar month for ranking purposes. Cumulative verified referral count is retained on the referrer's profile. Points may be forfeited upon account suspension, termination, or detection of fraudulent activity. Jobdexo reserves the right to adjust, expire, or modify point balances at any time with reasonable notice.

13.5 No Cash or Voucher Redemption

Platform activity points have no cash equivalent and cannot under any circumstance be redeemed for cash, bank transfers, UPI payments, prepaid instruments, gift vouchers, or any other monetary or quasi-monetary benefit. Any attempt to monetise, sell, or transfer points is a violation of these terms and will result in immediate account termination.

Section 14
Reporting, Moderation & Enforcement

14.1 Reporting Mechanism

Users may report any other user for policy violations using the in-platform report feature available in every chat thread. Reports must be made in good faith and with accurate information.

14.2 Investigation Process

Upon receiving a report, Jobdexo will review the reported content and take appropriate action which may include: a warning, temporary suspension, permanent account ban, removal of content, or referral to law enforcement. The outcome of investigations is at Jobdexo's sole discretion.

14.3 False Reporting

Filing false, malicious, or frivolous reports is a violation of this policy and may result in action against the reporting user including account suspension.

14.4 Appeal Process

Users whose accounts are suspended or terminated may appeal the decision by contacting support@jobdexo.com within 14 days of the action. Jobdexo will review appeals in good faith but its decisions are final.

14.5 Daily Report Limits

To prevent abuse of the reporting system, users are limited to 5 reports per day. This limit may be adjusted by Jobdexo at any time.

Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

15.1 No Warranties

THE JOBDEXO REFERRAL PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

15.2 No Guarantee of Referral or Employment

Jobdexo makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that use of the platform will result in any referral, interview invitation, shortlisting, job offer, or employment. All such outcomes depend entirely on the voluntary decisions of individual employees and hiring organizations over which Jobdexo has no control.

15.3 No Liability for User Actions

Jobdexo is not liable for any actions, omissions, statements, representations, or conduct of any user of the platform including employees and job seekers. Users interact with each other at their own risk. Jobdexo's liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid by the user to Jobdexo in the preceding 3 months for platform access, or โ‚น500, whichever is lesser.

15.4 No Liability for External Interactions

Jobdexo is not liable for any harm arising from interactions that occur outside the platform, including any payment made outside the platform, any in-person meetings, or any communications conducted through external channels.

15.5 No Liability for Data Breaches Beyond Reasonable Control

While Jobdexo implements industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest, Jobdexo is not liable for data breaches arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including zero-day vulnerabilities, state-sponsored attacks, or user error in credential management.

15.6 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jobdexo, its owners, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from: (a) your use of the platform; (b) your violation of this policy; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit to the platform.

Section 16
Platform Availability & Modifications

16.1 Service Availability

Jobdexo does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, or circumstances beyond Jobdexo's control. Jobdexo is not liable for any loss arising from platform unavailability.

16.2 Feature Modifications

Jobdexo reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or remove any feature of the platform at any time without prior notice. This includes modifications to coin earning rates, connection limits, message limits, and subscription benefits.

16.3 Profile Removal

Jobdexo reserves the right to remove any employee profile from public discovery at any time without prior notice or explanation, at its sole discretion.

Section 17
Account Termination & Suspension

17.1 Termination by Jobdexo

Jobdexo may suspend or permanently terminate any user account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons: violation of this policy, suspected fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, platform abuse, legal obligation, or any other reason at Jobdexo's sole discretion.

17.2 Termination by User

Users may request account deletion at any time through the Settings page. Account deletion requests are reviewed and processed within 30 days. Upon deletion, all personal data (other than data required to be retained by law) is removed.

17.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination: (a) all active sessions are immediately invalidated; (b) all active subscription benefits are forfeited without refund; (c) all coin balances are forfeited; (d) all pending referral requests are cancelled; (e) all chat threads are closed. Terminated users may not re-register without prior written approval from Jobdexo.

17.4 Survival

Sections 6, 7, 10, 15, 18, and 19 of this policy survive account termination and continue to apply.

Section 18
Intellectual Property

18.1 Platform Ownership

The Jobdexo Referral Platform including its design, code, features, branding, logos, text, graphics, and all other content created by Jobdexo is the exclusive intellectual property of Jobdexo and is protected by applicable Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

18.2 Restricted Use

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without Jobdexo's express written consent. Automated access to the platform including web scraping, bot access, or API access without authorization is strictly prohibited.

18.3 User Content License

Users retain ownership of their own content (profiles, resumes, messages). By submitting content to the platform, users grant Jobdexo a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the platform. This license terminates when the content is removed or the account is deleted.

Section 19
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

19.1 Governing Law

This policy and all matters arising from your use of the Jobdexo Referral Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000 (and its amendments), the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, without regard to conflict of law principles.

19.2 Jurisdiction

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to this policy or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India. By using this platform, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

19.3 Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal proceedings, users agree to first attempt resolution by contacting Jobdexo's Grievance Officer at support@jobdexo.com. Jobdexo will endeavor to respond to all grievances within 30 days as required under applicable Indian law.

19.4 Limitation Period

Any claim against Jobdexo must be filed within 12 months of the date the claim arose. Claims filed after this period are waived.

Section 20
Amendments to This Policy

Jobdexo reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and may notify users via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the platform and request account deletion.

It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically. Jobdexo recommends reviewing this page whenever you access the platform.

21.3 Abuse Reports

To request account deletion: Use the Settings page within the platform, or email support@jobdexo.com with subject line "Account Deletion Request" from your registered email address.
